Mr. Nicolae Mocsar - Human Resource Director
Mr. Mocsar “Miki” Nicolae, a Romanian – Hungarian native, graduated in Mathematics & Physics started his career with Coca Cola in the late 80’s within the Sales & Purchasing Department. Soon he was attracted by the immense opportunities within the hospitality industry and he started his Trainee program with the only Romanian hotel chain called Continental.
After successfully completing a 2 year trainee program Miki went on seven seas and worked the next 5 years for the famous Carnival Cruise Group in the United States and worked his way all the way up from Assistant Waiter to Restaurant Manager.
In 2000, Miki decided to return to Romania to his home city Oradea and founded a Cruise Ship Recruitment Firm which he was running over the last decade.
During this period, Miki assisted all famous Cruise Line Companies in the world to find employees, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line, and Holland America Cruise Line as well as many prestigious hotels around the world took advantage of his expertise.
Besides running a busy Human Resource Consulting company, Miki always strived for extending his knowledge and therefore he attended many Courses including Management Courses in Human Resources or Quality Management Course in Germany.
Miki is married to his beautiful wife Anna and they have children. He lives in Oradea and in his free time he enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with Anna and the kids.
